ANSWER THE CALL!

It’s been pointed out that we really don’t have a set process for cleaner applications so this’ll do for now.

Basically, we’ve got a forum. You see the link up top? The one that says Forum? That’s it. In it, you’ll find a subforum called Shipping and Receiving. That’s where applications go. You’ll also find a bunch of other forums that can use some love.

What you need, if you want to apply, is get a copy of Photoshop. Don’t ask for one, since we can’t provide you with it. Then, get a few pages to practice on. All the raws Ju-Ni uses are available in our Downloads section (also up top, slightly to the right :v ).  If you want to use IRC bots instead, hit up !Blinky in the #irc-distro channel on IRCHighway. Clean the pages as best you can with the methods you like. We recommend 3-5 pages as a test run. If you need a guide, I recommend The Idiots’ Guide to Editing Manga, since that’s the one that got me started.

Once you’re done, post your pages (with PSDs, preferably) in the Shipping and Receiving forum. Start your own thread and our staff will reply with feedback.
