Just a note. For the time being, last week’s Shounen Jump raws are being hosted on the bot MadMoxxi in our IRC channel. Anyone looking for anything before that can be directed to my ass, for kissing.

On another note, we’ve had all of ONE person apply to help our Spanish translators. That would sound like a low number, but it’s more people than have applied to be cleaners in the last week. I’m beginning to see why your mothers are so disappointed in you.

Deicide 18 (The End)

I can only hope that this really is the end of Deicide. It’s getting old and it’s far outstripped the previous incumbent (End of Hypnosis) in its running time.

Sadly, I did not have the time to get any pages cleaned, myself. It’s become more and more pressing that we need to get cleaners. Ever since OneManga tanked, the number of applicants has dropped off like Evel Kineval in the Grand Canyon. We need cleaners. On top of that, Great Shadow and Solrac need help with the Spanish translations and proofreading. If you can clean and/or speak Spanish, get in touch with me so we can show you how to do things the Ju-Ni way.

Ah, all done for now. Just a reminder that there will be no Jump this Friday. This last issue was a double, so they’re skipping a week. Probably some sort of holiday in Japan, but I’m no holidayologist.

I suppose you could all try and get in your cleaning tests. I mean, we have a subforum dedicated to that very purpose. It’d also allow us a little free time on the weekends. I also know a few other series that people would like to see us pick up, if we had the manpower to do it.

Yet more Deicide. At least we might possibly get some sort of plot in the next chapter. Unless, of course, we jump back to Ichigo and the grunting-and-screaming-and-swinging-sword action fest that is a training arc.

And yes, I realize the Spanish chapters aren’t out. Couldn’t get 413 out until late last week, so I didn’t have time to work on them before Otakon. I’ll be taking care of that this week, though. As soon as I finish scanning Jump.
